To Place An Order:

• Select the Quantity for your Mailer:
  •  Choose quantity that is larger than your mailing list.  If your list is larger than the quantity selected, you will need to reduce the list by that amount. 
    
    • The extras will be sent directly to you when the mailing is sent

• • Example:  Your mailing list has 487 addresses.  Select Qty 500.

• Select a Size:
  • 8.5 x 11
    
  • 8.5 x 14

• Select Folding Type:
  • Tri-Fold
  • Half Fold

• Select Postage Class:
  • Standard 
  • First Class
  • Non Profit - (Provide nonprofit organizations CRID number)

• Select Mailing Service:
  • Economy Mailing Services Include:
    • All Active Address Records Will Be Mailed
    • No Changes or Adjustments to the Mailing List

• • Standard Mailing Services Include:
    • Remove Duplicates
    • Run Address Correction
    • Remove Incorrect Address Records
    • All Active Records Will Be Mailed

• • Premium Mailing Services Include: (Add 2-4 Business Days)
    • Remove Duplicates
    • Run Move Update (NCOA)
    • Run Address Correction
    • Correct Addresses With Errors*
    • All Active Records Will Be Mailed

DESIGN SERVICE FEES INCLUDE: OPTION 1 - “UPDATE EXISTING FILE (ATTACHED PDF FILE)”: THIS OPTION INCLUDES UPDATING AN EXISTING PDF FILE.   OPTION 2 - “CREATE NEW FILE (FROM PICTURE/SCAN OR OTHER FILE”: THIS OPTION INCLUDES USING THE PICTURE, SCAN OR FILE YOU SENT, AND UPDATING THE FILE.  BOTH OPTIONS WILL RECEIVE A PROOF TO MAKE ANY CHANGES AND A 2ND FINAL PROOF TO APPROVE FOR PRODUCTION.  ANY ADDITIONAL PROOFS WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
