**DESIGN SERVICE FEES INCLUDE ONE CUSTOM DESIGN OF THE PRODUCT TYPE YOU SELECTED.  ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE INITIAL PROOF YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE UP TO 2 ROUNDS OF REVISIONS.  IF FURTHER REVISIONS ARE REQUIRED ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY.
